The group started in the late autumn 03 by Petri (vocals), Sven (bass), Hasse (guitar) and Micke (drums) under the name Bloodlust.
Early next spring Petri quit the band.
After trying a couple of different singers Charlie joined the band in late spring 04.
Around that time or so they changed the name to Sleepless Nights.
Later that summer they agreed on getting another guitar player so around September 04 they found Erik.
About the same time they changed rehearsal space from an old hospital to a recording studio (Asbest studio).
A demo got recorded in late November 04.
Just as the demo was finished Sven disappeared so they had to find another bass player.
In late January 05 Max joined the band.
In October 05 Matte was recruited as second vocalist.
The Song "All Talks" from demo1 was released on Face First Records compilation: Break Your face in summer of 2005.
February 2006 their second demo was recorded in Off-Beat Studio north of Stockholm.
The interest in the demo was huge, a music video for the song Drowning was made by Pierre Wilen.
The demoversion of Drowning will be relaesed on a compilation from High Fidelity Records (Spring 2007?), and the three other songs will be released on Svenskt Mangel Vol. 1 by Container Rock and Anarkopunx Records also in spring 2007.
Winter 06/07 the debut CD "Is this another Doomsday Prophecy?" was recorded in Ox Road studio by Guran.
13 killer songs that will be released by Sven on Yellow Dog Records (spring/summer 07).
Sleepless Nights is a band that never sleeps - so february 07 they were back in the studio and back to Off-beat Studios again.
2 new songs where recorded and will be released by Frank on High Fidelity Records on a Split 7" with DEADSETAGINST.
